Clubhouse 1896 is set within The Ashley Wood Golf Club which is a friendly members owned golf club. We are open to non members 7 days a week who are welcome to use our relaxed bar and restaurant area at any time. We serve the best breakfasts, lunches and cater for private functions, for any special occasion,, clubs and groups or business meetings.

Enter Mr Adey’s 18th century vaulted wine cellar. He was a local wine merchant who sourced the best wine and port from across the globe, brought it back to Poole and stored it in this room. We thought we would follow in his footsteps… Indulge yourself in unique surroundings surrounded by old oak barrels and bottles of wine.
