We all had a wonderful time! Would love to come back. The only thing that needs a bit of improvement is the check out process. I know now to have things organized ahead of time with my friends, but that was the only thing that was not made clear... how the checkout process worked. The server was wonderful, friendly and efficient, but made it sound like we could each pay at checkout, but the person doing the checkout didn't make it that easy and was not quite as friendly about it. Also heard his comments that he was supposed to be getting off work. Thank you!

Needed to reschedule because we got COVID over Christmas and kids are still sick. Called for days straight attempting to reschedule because the deposit they make you pay now for the bubbles is non refundable, so if you attempt to reschedule the booking online you lose it, but they can move it for you if you call or if you go in person (I’ve done it for another reservation). Never got a call back or got an answer to a phone call, and I called multiple times a day for three days straight, started calling Tuesday at noon, until our reservation time on Thursday. No one bothered to answer the phone or return a voicemail. Definitely won’t waste our time here again.

This was our servers second weekend working there and she did ABSOLUTLEY great! Very warming, calm and had a great attitude. The Roast Beef Sandwich was amazing. I made a reservation to surprise my husband on his birthday. We had never been before but heard great things. We were excited for the experience but we were disappointed because of the poor service. We were seated by a guy who said he'd be right back. We watched as the other igloos server went back and forth to deliver food and drinks multiple times. Even after pushing the call button we still didn't get service, not even water or an acknowledgement that we were there. After waiting for 30 minutes, I went into the bar and told the guy he forgot about us. I had to order at the bar and then he sent out a new server to deliver our tastings and water. We were planning on ordering food with it, but we were frustrated with the service so we didn't bother. Such a disappointing experience for what should've been a fun birthday.

Always a great experience. Luz is the best! Confused that gratuity was added to the bill and seemed to be only 10percent No where on bill to add additional tip - gave her some additional cash. Somewhere on menus you should indicate x percentage of gratuity automatically added as well as provide option to increase amount by customer. Very confusing and not transparent.

I had reserved a bubble for Friday at 6pm-8pm online two month prior. When I got there they didnt have a bubble for me, I had received an email confirmation that I was good to go. I dont know what happen on Treveri end. They made room for me in a bubble but for only one hour and was told I had to clear the bubble. They were very nice to me and gave be a bottle for the mistake but I was very disappointed.

We loved everything! We had so much fun in the "bubbles." They were adorable and comfy. The grounds were lovely. The food and drink menu was interesting and varied. The champagne cocktails were yummy; the food was delicious; the service was just right--attentive enough, but mostly left use alone to socialize. Quick and easy check in.
The only thing that I rated less than 10 is "value," and I think everything is fairly priced for its quality, taste, and presentation. Good portion sizes, but it's not inexpensive by any means. The pricing is similar to nice restaurant pricing on similar items. It's was well worth it to us.

The main issues that I’ve run into the last few times that I’ve been to the winery are that no one answers the phone anymore, so I couldn’t check on reservations or bunco nights, and I suspect that’s because the winery is understaffed. That’s the other problem that I’ve run into; understaffing has caused much longer wait times (40 min in the summer just to get my first glass of wine, another 30+ to get another glass and food) and a lot more chaos. Please hire more people!

Our bubble was not even ready until 15 min after our scheduled time and it took 30 min before anyone even came to take our order. With the bubble reservation only limited to 2 hours this took 45 min off of our time. Another group next to us also had complaints of it taking forever to even be greeted by the server. Drinks were good once they finally got there but taking 45 min to get in and get a drink was not so great.

I was told I needed to leave the bubble an hour after I was there. When I asked why since they are two hour she said you had been there 2.5 hours… I pointed out my reservation was an hour ago they apologized but we had already paid and were done. We really enjoyed the wine and the service was good! The cheese plate we ordered had moldy mozzarella and cheddar - that was a bummer, but not a deal breaker. They did take it back and remove it from our bill.
The 10% auto-grat on just the tastings was so little, it would be nice to have the option to add more before running our card. Thankfully we had some cash to leave.

We were at Treveri for or daughter’s birthday. We are bubble club members and always appreciate the friendliness and knowledge of the staff. We ordered five menu items, all delicious along with each of the desserts to share. The sweet potato cheesecake was our favorite! The service was great, up until it was time to leave and our server disappeared. The inside staff helped us check out and buy more delicious wine. We will be back!

It was quite the experience! However, eating was difficult on one’s lap. The seats were very low and there was no table to play bridge. We improvised but I was the youngest at 75. We will not be back to play cards. Even inside we would not be able to play as the tables were too high. If I came again I would have to sit on the patio in a regular chair. Really enjoyed the food and bought a wonderful bottle of wine!

A little chilly but I expected that!! Others had just returned from a day playing in the snow so they were chilly. Blankets for each chair would have been perfect but we made due with two! Always a very enjoyable time!!

The staff was excellent. Very kind, welcoming, friendly and helpful. The bubbles were nice and warm and the drinks were great. I loved the little blankets in the bubble and it's awesome that they clean every one after it's been used. The only trouble I had was with the cushions moving around a bit. But nothing crazy

We had a wonderful time at Treveri even though the weather was not ideal (smoky air moved us inside). We got to experience the sparkling wine on all levels. Steve came over and shared the celebration sparkling wine with us and gave us come great insights on how it's made. The staff was amazing and had some nice conversations with many of them. My only complaint was the brunch was not what I expected. I wish they had more options especially since one of us has food allergies.

We reserved the Igloo, but it ended being such a sunny day, so we sat on the patio. Had a great view. Wine was yummy, the flight is good way to find your favorite. The food plates were all perfect for sharing and pair really well with the wine. Our server was super down to earth, someone you'd want to hangout with. Great experience.
