We had the best time! We actually got to chat with the owner/chef. He told us all about the dishes and the background for moving to this new location from downtown. The crispy fish was to die for! The 3 of us each ordered a different dish and shared. I order the lamb and mushrooms, (yum), and my husband ordered chicken and couscous. All delicious! The dancer was great! We got to talk to her at the end of the night. She was delightful and gave me a belly dance lesson right there on the spot! Loved the ambiance of the room. It put you in another world! Can’t wait to go back! Crispy fish, for me next time!

1. Is the reservation charge returned? It showed on the credit card but was not deducted from the total bill.
2. My fault for not noticing but the gratuity was added to the bill, then I added it again, not knowing it was included. Not a big deal as we liked the service, but wish it had been mentioned when bill was presented.

Everything was wonderful. They're obviously understaffed due to covid but, they have so many signs saying so that we knew we knew it'd be good to have all orders to go from the beginning-- and it worked. Dinner at the Imperial Fez was extraordinary. We got there a bit early and saw a belly dancer auditioning. To get a full experience we ordered the 5-course traditional Moroccan meal. When starting the third course before the actual show, my date glowingly reported that she had never experienced a restaurant so wonderful in her life. (We are not young.)
I expect to treasure memories of the Fez for years. Counting tax and tips, the meal cost 5 times what we spent at McDonald's two nights earlier for a meal I do not remember in any detail.
The Imperial Fez is the best value for money of any restaurant I have been privileged to enjoyed, exceeding top steak houses in Australia and noted seafood establishments in Singapore.

I really appreciated the quality of the food and service. The servers and the owner were so warm and personable I felt as if they were family. I have a restricted diet and the owner volunteered to have a dish specifically made for me without the egg and meat. I also learned some Morrocan words. I will definitely be going back. The service was slow. There seemed to be one person managing the bar and bills. We never got one round of drinks and ended up canceling them because we were beyond ready to go and still waiting for our check. The drink menu, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, was extensive and possibly too extensive considering how long it took to receive our drinks (the ones we actually received).
The dancer was great and engaging with the patrons.
The food was pretty good - some things were too spicy or not to our liking but it was something included with a dish, not the whole dish itself.
It was an overall nice experience but took much longer than we had anticipated and seemed unnecessarily slow-paced.

This was so amazing. My husband spoke with the staff here to help him out together my surprise birthday party. The 5 course meal was nothing short of delicious, the ambiance was amazing. They made me feel like I was valued and helped make my special day nothing less than wonderful. If I had to do it all over again I would not change a thing. Let me also mention the drinks from the bar tender, the owner Ben and his wife, the cook, the staff and the belly dancer were all amazing and their energy was very uplifting and inviting. Overall it was a great experience. The price is definitely up there, my bill was $206. Some of the alcoholic beverages are not good. They give a very small amount of tea and dessert. It sucks that you have to go outside to have the hookah and leave the comfort of your table. It would be nice if the drapes would allow more privacy at your table. Considering the circumstances with Covid, everything was wonderful. Just really miss the location in Buckhead. Brought a friend for her first experience and it was souch fun. Suggest bottled water or at least a filter or purifier for the tap. Also, our first pitcher of sangria had fruit, though minimal, and the second did not.

Food,vibe, positive energy and the presentation was very very elegant and classy. The only disappointment was having to go outside to smoke the hookah. In addition to having some confusion in the beginning. We didn't know what was really going on being that this was our first time having a meal presented in this way. Overall everything was as excellent customer service, of presentationof food and establishment, the belly dance. Everybody was nice there thank you for the Ultimate Experience. We will be back again

Service is slow. They charge a fee for swiping your card. They charged me for booking the table and didn't adjust it in the bill. They also charged me for an extra drink and the drink is not strong.

Food was great. Server didn't remove the $30 reservation fee but paid it in cash when brought it up. Just look at bill carefully. I was charged 18% automatically then paid another 20% based on the recommended tip shown without knowing i paid 18% already. Just look carefully.

I had only been to the downtown location and it seems as if it was a bit more spacious. We were sat at a table, with no option of the lower sitting for the experience.

The new location was not as good as the old( food wise). The food was bland, was not worth the money. Also we constantly had to ask for our drinks and the food we ordered. I will never go back! This was for my bday celebration, we purchased food from another food chain after we left

The experience started off well. Our reservations worked out perfect. I was surprising my fiancé for her birthday. They allowed me to bring her favorite cupcakes from another company, as a surprise for her. We were given a section and seated promptly. The only issue we had was that the staff gave away our cupcakes to another party and then only offered us what we paid for the cupcakes back. This put a damper on our entire night and ruined my surprise. The manager comes out and tells me “don’t be mad”. Mad, wasn’t the word. But other than that the night was great.

I didn't realize that the restaurant was so far out. The drive was almost an hour!
If you have never been to this type of place the experience was worth it, something different.
The food was really disappointing. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing but we gave everything a try. Some was tolerable and some wasn't. My lamb tastes bland and I wished it came with some type of sauce. I dipped it in the sauce that came with the chicken and that made it better.
The bill was super confusing. There was a service charge, a charge for using a debit card - gratuity was included and then they presented you with the final bill where you could add additional with the suggestion starting at 15%, instead it should of started at maybe 3-5% and folks would tip more?

Portions were too small. Bump the prices and give people more food. That was the tiniest baklava I’ve ever had! We waited too long for our cocktails. Would be good to know the times of the show so we could plan better.

The decor is nothing like the previous location. The decor looked extremely synthetic. It doesn't have that fantasy feel like it did in Buckhead.
