Our family spans multiple generations of chefs and restauranteurs, specialising in dishes from the Canton and Peking regions of China. These dishes have been honed and refined over the past 5 decades for your enjoyment.
The food of Peking (Beijing) and Canton (Guangdong) provinces are considered amongst the eight culinary traditions of Chinese cuisines. The characteristics of Beijing in northern China are mostly famous for its fiery spiciness, which comes from the liberal use of chilies and garlic. As for Guangdong, the flavours of the dish are well balanced, where sauces and other condiments are crucial to create a light and mellow taste. Here at Dynasty we aim to bring you the best of the authentic flavours from both regions.
