The experience was great. The chef was amazing and friendly and did all the cool tricks. The restaurant was dimly lit and lovely. The food was delicious and high-quality. It was a great experience, we had a reservation for 6:30, checked in and only waited about 10 mins well the set up the table for our party of 13. The chef was great, really entertaining, the waitresses always made sure our cups were full and our orders were taken and brought out in a timely matter. Only bummer is it was a bit of a tight squeeze for our party, it helped that we had kids but if we were all adults I think 2 tables would have been better. Other than that, highly recommend it!

Hokkaido was excellent. My wife and I had eaten there previously but not for quite a while.We decided to go there for a special occasion and really enjoyed the entire experience. We started with the shrimp tempura appetizer and followed it with chicken/shrimp and New York steal/scallops combination dinners plus fried rice. The seafood, meats and fried rice were all excellent and highly recommended. I'm not a fan of zucchini so the vegetable mix is not my favorite but it was still good. My wife loved it. Overall we had a great time with excellent food and exceptional service.

I have never had a bad meal at Hokkaido! From the lovely hostess that greets you upon entering to the terrific chefs and great servers, the entire experience is wonderful! I have been going for years and will continue to do so!
