Momo Mee restaurant specializes in handcrafted, quality, flavorful Pan-Asian cuisine. Chef/owner Tony Ho serves handcrafted momo/dumplings, mee/ramen/noodles, clay pots, and rice dishes from different regions in Asia, including Japan, Korea, China-Cantonese & Szechuan, Taiwan, Singapore, Vietnam, and Thailand. Chef/owner Tony Ho is the first chef in Wisconsin who handcrafts Xiao Long Bao and wok-cooks many flavorful Asian cuisines in one place.

Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry-aged in-house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher.
