Situated atop of the Hudishibana hill right next to Aruba’s most famous landmark the California lighthouse is our hidden gem. The Faro Blanco Restaurant which once was the dwellings of the lighthouse keeper now serves Aruba and it’s guests the best in Italian cuisine. As the only restaurant boasting this unique location, guests can enjoy a truly unspoiled view over Aruba’s west coast untouched nature. The sunset and views over Aruba create a spectacular palette of colors, ideal for taking pictures and creating new and lasting memories.

This was the most amazing eating experience my wife and I have ever had.
From the greeting when we walked in up until time we got in taxi to return to cruise ship, the team was on it. Kingsley was so patient with us explaining the menu and making my day special. And Theo is a gem. He was the icing on the cake. When i make my next reservation I am asking for them specifically. We will be back

We absolutely enjoyed our dinner at Faro Blanco this week. We arrived a few minutes early and were promptly seated at a gorgeous table with an amazing ocean view for the most spectacular sunset. The service was excellent and the food was amazing. They brought out a big slice of tiramisu with a sparkler to celebrate my birthday. We can’t wait to return.

I loved it all. Great staff, beautiful setting. The ONLY thing I didn’t appreciate was the “selling without telling” of the bottled water once seated. We were asked if we wanted water and approached with two bottled options. Of course we wanted water with our meal and we’re unaware or not told of any other options, so said yes. Only to see the table next to us get a glass of tap water served to them?! Aruba is known for the best water, so unsure why the need to sell us a bottle of water, other than an addition $9.00 sale.

Beautiful venue and generally good food. Service was a little spotty but not bad. Prices are a bit on the high side. My lobster and ravioli was very delicious. The osso bucco was not great. Proportion of rissoto was large which absorbed all the sauce making the meat a bit dry.

The food was fantastic, even my 5 year old ate. There was a musician playing a steel drum which I love. My husband requested our wedding song but he didn't know it. 10 minutes later I hear our song playing! They are so willing to accommodate !! Thank you!!

Dinner at Faro Blanco was the highlight of our week in Aruba! The view was magnificent! The food was delicious. The service was excellent. Sherwin was very attentive - always at our table at the exact moment we needed something but wasn’t hovering. He was very helpful in suggesting menu items and willing to accommodate entree alternatives to a food allergy. We didn’t feel rushed and enjoyed a beautiful sunset on the patio. It was a picturesque evening and we can’t wait to go back another time.

This place is breathtaking, the views are amazing and the food was very good. We ordered the pappardelle bolognese, veal chop and a pizza for the kids. It was all very good and they surprised us with a tiramisú with a candle for my daughter’s bday. The service was a but slow and scattered but everything else was wonderful.
