To make sure your Adult Only experience with Hidden GEM is seamless, please read the information below.
Your experience includes a 10- course Tasting Menu at no cost to you.
Wine Pairing will be available for purchase.
Exclusive 20-seat Counter overlooking Open Kitchen.
Hidden GEM allows 2.5 hours per seating, counting from the original reservation time.
If you are delayed, please inform us at 720-897-3855. To provide a seamless experience to our guests, the restaurant operates under a pre-defined script where the kitchen setup evolves throughout the dinner, so parties that are more than 15 minutes will skip parts of the tasting menu experience as the kitchen will be unable to return to the beginning of the menu past the 15-minute tolerance time.
Therefore, we kindly ask our guests to respect the experience start time of the reservation promptly 6:30 PM. Please arrive a few minutes early..
Hidden GEM cannot accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, seafood-free, or lactose-free diets.
Tasting Menu cannot be altered. Please be aware that the kitchen will not accommodate food restrictions.
Please Park on Level 3 in the parking Garage and walk across the walking bridge. Earth Illuminated will be on your immediate right. Please ask for parking validation before you depart.
