We are no longer accepting reservations on our second floor of the Analog Room and Outdoor Beer Garden on weekends (Friday through Sunday) and will be first come seating. We are only accepting reservations on our first main floor of the restaurant and sidewalk. We have a 15 minute grace period. Frequently Asked Questions
No. Our outdoor dining area is not covered. We do have shade sails for sun covering; however, they do not protect from rain. We do have heat lamps on our Rooftop Beer Garden.
In case of unforeseen inclement weather, reservations will be canceled. It is the responsibility of the guests to re-book if so desired. Bistro on Bridge will not automatically re-book guests. Guests are encouraged to check weather prior to booking.
Yes, pets are welcome for sidewalk dining only. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed on our Rooftop Beer Garden
Any party sizes 10+ guests will need to email events@bistroonbridge. To confirm a party of 15 or more, we require 24 hours notice and a credit card on file as a guarantee. We will not charge anything on this card, but in the event that you do not honor the reservation without giving us at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, we will charge a $50 fee on the card as a late cancellation / no show.
If your party has not arrived or called via phone within 15 minutes after your reservation time, Bistro on Bridge reserves the right to mark your reservation as a void/no-show or as cancellation of your reservation. Please understand, this is solely due to the size and the seating capacity of the restaurant. If you are late, we urge you to contact us so we can make our best effort to accommodate you and your party. Please note your reservation is for 90 minutes.
Party sizes 10 and less are encouraged to cancel reservation they will be unable to honor at least two hours in advance on the day of the reservation. My table was ready when I arrived, the beer was cold and the food was tasty! The staff was excellent and friendly all while everyone maintained the new social distancing guidelines. It was great to be able to go out and enjoy a meal.

Overall we had a very nice time. We did have reservations. However, when we walked in The hostess told me they were just cleaning off our table and I was waiting there and noticed they gave our table to someone else who just walked in. The hostess was flustered and then try to get us another table quickly. It just seems like they need a new system because there are several hostesses and one doesn’t know what the other one is doing or who is getting a what table. The people that work there are very nice but I think there can be an easier system in place especially for the hostesses.

I love the Bistro!!! One of my favorite places in Phoenixville. You shouldn’t push the masks. I would make it optional. I would also remove the tarp upstairs. I felt very stuffy and there wasn’t enough circulation. I purchased 5 shots for my friends and was astonished that they were $7.50 each Ouch! Other than that, I had a nice time and I’m pretty sure my 4 friends did too.

Please ask the waiters not to hold our cups on the rim where we put our mouths as bacteria from their hands can be left where we will ultimately drink from. Thank you! Or you can leave the pitcher on the table so we can pour the water ourselves. Thank you!

Typically love this place but the dinner was kind of unsettling with what was on the TV. It was little kids needing surgery for cleft lips and it was on for over 15 minutes. It really upset my dinner date who was with us due to personal issues. It ruined his experience and his appetite. Usually love this place and never had a bad experience, this was the first.

Great night. The restaurant really has the tables separated. We requested a rooftop table and the server (Julia I think) had to go up and down the steps all night but still have us great service! I don’t know how these restaurants are staying in business during this pandemic. So sad to see emptiness everywhere - I hope they can weather through! Food and drinks were great!

We came with a big group for a work function and loved it. Atmosphere was good as we sat up stairs outside, server was nice. We wish there was louder music, we heard it at first then it suddenly stopped once it got crowded.

Staff was excellent and accomodating and approached our table many times to apologize. Two in our party have celiac disease so hardpressed to find items that were marked GF that were available on Fathers Day. Service was extremely slow. Food was subpar. Prices not worth what was served. Waiter was pleasant and zealous about finding GF foods available that day so cudos to him and the other staff members who came to our table to help and to apologize.

I have garlic allergy, ordered burger. Was told Ok. Burger arrived wrapped in lettuce, no bun cuz it had garlic. Why didn’t server ask me if I want burger in lettuce? I could’ve ordered something else. Then they offered gluten-free bun. It took so long to bring back out! Everyone at my table finished by time they brought my burger back. We ordered 1 order Churros & 1 order pecan balls. We honestly thought they’d comp desserts, or manager at least apologize. trying to support local businesses and this was 3rd time at bistro since going green but I’m not going back.

Cool outdoor space upstairs. Friendly server. Food took a little while, but times are strange so it's all good. Cubano tasted great. The bread was awesome. Kudos on that one. Only complaint was pricing. Especially for drinks. Most beers were overpriced by about a dollar. Phoenixville gentrification baby! I'll be back though.

Always the best service at Bistro On Bridge! My wife and I frequent this restaurant every week for date night on Thursdays. During the Covid-19 shutdowns, we were still getting takeout every Thursday night. All of the staff are always awesome and attentive. The food and awesome craft beer selection is always amazing!

Overall experience was great as usual. The crispy ribs are by far my most favorite thing on the menu that keeps me coming back. If you like ribs, you have to give them a try and you will not be disappointed. Only negative mark for our experience was that we had reserved outdoor seating, we arrived on-time for our reservation, and was told we had to sit inside and upstairs. It was a beautiful day outside and we were looking forward to eating outside. Not sure what happened and why but we made the best of our time outside the house anyway.

I had made a reservation to be outside almost a week in advance, outside dinning is all I feel comfortable with right now. When we got there we were sat inside. We had to wait an extra 20 to 30 mins for a seat. The staff was so nice about it but we were told it’s cause they didn’t open the top up and had to call people to reschedule. But i choose to sit on the sidewalk so I shouldn’t have to oh for that. I just feel that it should be more organized. Again nothing with the staff and I know it’s challenging but it’s one thing to improve

The service was, unfortunately, pretty poor. After we were sat, we had to wait a long time for a server. Two other tables actually left. Then the orders were wrong and he kept forgetting our drinks. Long times between check ins. Perhaps they are low on servers?

Rooftop deck can't be beat. The beers on tap are amazing, and staff and customers getting accustomed to the new normal after being closed for so long. The buffalo chicken pizza was OK but kinda dry, but the pretzel was yummy and fresh.

Food was great, drinks great, service amazing but the heating laps at the roof top bar were horrible. My scalp was burning. We kept asking the server to turn it off from time to time but then it was immediately freezing, which I actually preferred over feeling like my body was going to melt. I was at Bistro for a work meeting and actually had to stop using my laptop bc it was HOT. I was worried about it in the extreme heat. Please regulate the temps or maybe only turn on every other lamp. I def it won’t be coming back to the roof until it’s nice out, unfortunately.

The food was very slow to come out and they got both of our burger orders wrong. Dessert was also very slow and the chocolate lava cake was awful - overcooked and bad flavor. Our server was very nice, the issues mainly seemed to stem from the kitchen.

We always love going to Bistro on Bridge and always have a terrific experience. The only thing that we were frustrated about is that we made reservations almost a week prior and put in a special request to be outside and upstairs at a picnic table. However, when we arrived this was not an option and there was not much available outside in general. If there is a way to assign tables in advanced or something I think that should be done. Overall though it was great!

Overall experience was disappointing. They were out of multiple food and wine selections. Also couldnt sit on rooftop even though the site allowed us to make reservation for that location. There was no notification that rooftop was closed. The service was extremely slow. We had to track down the server to place our order as well as ask for the check. And my sandwich was put together in a sloppy lopsided way, as well as being very dry. Overall it was a disappointing experience.

We were so excited to be able to go out to eat again. However, our waitress was not very attentive and took a very long time to serve us our drinks and take our order. After our food was delivered, she seemed to have disappeared and did not come back for a while to check on us. By that time we needed a refill on drinks and had to flag down the hostess (manager?) to get them and our check for us.

Our server was Jimmy and he was very good - attentive, friendly and paid attention to our requests to be done in time for a concert. Our friends appreciated the dividers between booths, which made them feel safer.

I'd made a reservation and we were very late getting there. Thankfully, they held our table! Greatly appreciated! As we were running late for a show at Facetime Theater, the server got our drinks and apps and we made it on time. We came by after the show and the kitchen was out of several late night menu items. But the service was accommodating and made some other recommendations. Will definitely be back!

Our waiter did not bring the truffle fries out, seemed to have forgotten about them until we had to ask for them. Our waiter also had his mask below his nose for the entire time he was serving us

We drove down from the Lehigh Valley as the beer list looked amazing. The wait staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The second floor "outside" location was fantastic as we had an opportunity to overlook main st under the warm sun. Service was fast and the food was cooked exactly as ordered. Great location. Great food. Great people. Highly recommended! Looking forward to the next time we have an opportunity to head down for another meal. Do yourself a favor and just make a reservation....you won't regret it (even in the new semi-covid-19 post reality).

The outdoor chairs are uncomfortable. The wait time for service was lengthy before and after we received food and drink. One hundred dollars would have been better spent elsewhere.

Rooftop was well spread out and felt comfortable for the current social distance requirement. I was not comfortable with the street seating as people walking by would be right on top of your food and many were not masked. Appreciated the access to handsanitizer. Love the bottomless brunch.

We made a reservation for the rooftop outdoor beer garden approximately 1 week prior. However when we arrived the hostess took us upstairs only to say sorry there is nothing available. You can sit here inside or we can go back downstairs and outside. Hostess seemed confused and wasn’t aware on what was and wasn’t available. I personally was disappointed that our seating was not honored. Our waitress herself was fabulous, on point, attentive, and very friendly. The food was good. We received diner at the sister restaurant Dos Bistro and really enjoyed that.

Great atmosphere, but food and service could be a lot better. Ordered buffalo wings that were overcooked, dry and crunchy. My orzo soup tasted good but was missing something....oh yeah, orzo!! As far as service, bartender/waitress tried get best but fell short.

We were super excited to come tonight but food was horrible. We ordered wings and cauliflower and sent them back twice. Wings were cold inside and some were still pink. Absolutely no flavors for garlic Parmesan. They looked like they had been boiled and cheese melted on them. The cauliflower was completely mushy and not crunchy as it has been in the past. The waiter that we had was very patient and understanding. Not sure of his name but we were upstairs and he was American American. We watched him clean table and whip down chairs. This was more that another woman did. She whipped tables but not chairs. Not impressed with the older gentleman server with glasses as he rarely had his mask on properly and walked around with it hanging down around neck. I completely understand it was first night back but very disappointed in food and not sure we will return after $101 bill.

Everything was top notch!! Had a 21st Bday dinner for my son and the management along with the servers went out of their way to make sure everything was top-notch!! Food was delicious along with the cocktails and beers!! Highly recommend! We will definitely be back and will recommend to family and friends because you went above and beyond with everything!! We went during happy hour and you can’t beat the $4 pilsners from Mainstay. The cauliflower general Tso’s was also a great happy hour deal. Our server Timothy was super friendly and knowledgeable. We can’t wait to stop by again.
