About: Japanese Pizza. Roughly translated, okonomiyaki is either "what you like" or "what you want", depending on who you ask. This savoury pancake dish can be prepared any number of ways, and like a traditional pizza, there is a slew of topping from which to choose. The dish consists of a batter mixed with shredded cabbage and a variety of ingredients.

Recipe

1-In a bowl whisk together flour water

2-Add eggs, cabbages, toppings you like

3-oil a pan that has been heated to 400F

4-Add okonomiyaki mixture on a pan

5- After about 5 minutes, flip over and cook for 5 monutes.

6-Remove to a plate and drizzle with Okonomiyaki sauce , mayo and sprinkle with Bonito flakes.

Add Bacon, shrimp, scalloped beef, chicken, or whatever you like.
