OUR STORY opening a café has always been the dream... And after beating childhood cancer, becoming a fully qualified chef, working in some of Sydney's most popular establishments and changing my focus from chef to business owner in in 2014 when i became legally blind due to a brain tumour, I have finally achieved that dream. Our focus is on specialty coffee service. We supplement these with locally made seasonal cakes and pastries, as well as some pantry cooking.
