We had an overall amazing expierence. I had never been here before and I loved it. It was a great way to celebrate my 31st birthday. The food was incredible. I believe we oreded the short rib bites and let me tell you it was full of flavor, so tender, and juicy. I will be going back again for sure. Thank you for making it such a wonderful experience.

The service was not the best. We only had two drinks during our stay, and waited 25 minutes for the first drink. I would recommend that the drinks are served before entering the bubble. The food was phenomenal!! Thanks!

I booked a bubble for my birthday on Thursday and did everything correctly online and when I had arrived for my reservation they told us there was a bunch of issues with online booking which meant we didn’t end up getting our bubble. My reservation confirmation email also had no information about what section I booked so I wasn’t even able to show I booked things correctly, which was frustrating when I was being told I booked incorrectly (because I knew I didn’t mess it up and had nothing to show for it). We ended up having to sit inside after it was all done and this same thing happened to the 3 parties ahead of me. I appreciated them trying to make up for it with a free drink to compensate for the mix up but overall was very frustrated driving all the way out there to hear my bday plans were messed up and no option to fix to it. Would be nice to have been contacted because of the online issues before driving out there but instead had to listen to the staff tell the same story to 5 different parties. Love your winery but definitely need to improve or shut down your online booking if it’s not working correctly, it’s very frustrating for your customers and your staff. Specially when people are booking for a special event and don’t have time to switch or move the event somewhere else.

Always a great experience. Luz is the best! Confused that gratuity was added to the bill and seemed to be only 10percent No where on bill to add additional tip - gave her some additional cash. Somewhere on menus you should indicate x percentage of gratuity automatically added as well as provide option to increase amount by customer. Very confusing and not transparent.

The main issues that I’ve run into the last few times that I’ve been to the winery are that no one answers the phone anymore, so I couldn’t check on reservations or bunco nights, and I suspect that’s because the winery is understaffed. That’s the other problem that I’ve run into; understaffing has caused much longer wait times (40 min in the summer just to get my first glass of wine, another 30+ to get another glass and food) and a lot more chaos. Please hire more people!

We loved everything! We had so much fun in the "bubbles." They were adorable and comfy. The grounds were lovely. The food and drink menu was interesting and varied. The champagne cocktails were yummy; the food was delicious; the service was just right--attentive enough, but mostly left use alone to socialize. Quick and easy check in. The only thing that I rated less than 10 is "value," and I think everything is fairly priced for its quality, taste, and presentation. Good portion sizes, but it's not inexpensive by any means. The pricing is similar to nice restaurant pricing on similar items. It's was well worth it to us.

It would appear that only members are seated on the patio with the umbrellas. Everyone else is taken to the side where they have set up very small round tables in the grass, making you feel insignificant to Treveri. Yet the food was excellent as well as the service.

We reserved the Igloo, but it ended being such a sunny day, so we sat on the patio. Had a great view. Wine was yummy, the flight is good way to find your favorite. The food plates were all perfect for sharing and pair really well with the wine. Our server was super down to earth, someone you'd want to hangout with. Great experience.

This was my 2nd time at Treveri. my friends and hubby, it was their 1st time. They loved the food and the syrah and rose. I was very disappointed in a comment our waitress made. I felt very disappointed and sad, I was prejudged. We asked for some sort of light since it was very dark and we could not see our food. She mentions that she can get a one latern out, I'm like okay sound good. She said "last time i took two laterns out and one of them got stolen. so, please don't still this one" i was in shocked and so upset with tears that i couldn't even translate her comment to my husband. We love the place and would like to continue since i became a member but, with that kind of service, I am reconsidering. I hope someone can read this and can help the waitress to have better judgement next time.

Excellent service and dog friendly for our pup, Tootsie! I asked for a sparkling cocktail they used to have on the menu, a version of a mint julip. They looked it up and made me one! It was wonderful, as was the whole experience. We joined the sparkling wine club and will be back.

The Bubble was extremely cold, fireplace isn’t warm enough, no blankets in there and then zipper broke when someone had to get out. My flight wasn’t poured properly and I’ve gone there more than one occasion, this pour wasn’t even half of glass.

We were able to sit in the bubbles outside and have a nice private lunch. The wind that day was insane but thankfully the bubble stayed put. We shared the braised short ribs and they were delicious, and perfect for sharing! The drinks we had were also delightful and yummy. Love the idea of the bubbles, can't wait to go back again! We loved it! The only thing that I'd suggest is a different calling system for service and paying. The button we had didn't seem like it was working. But the experience was great!

Needed to reschedule because we got COVID over Christmas and kids are still sick. Called for days straight attempting to reschedule because the deposit they make you pay now for the bubbles is non refundable, so if you attempt to reschedule the booking online you lose it, but they can move it for you if you call or if you go in person (I’ve done it for another reservation). Never got a call back or got an answer to a phone call, and I called multiple times a day for three days straight, started calling Tuesday at noon, until our reservation time on Thursday. No one bothered to answer the phone or return a voicemail. Definitely won’t waste our time here again.

I was told I needed to leave the bubble an hour after I was there. When I asked why since they are two hour she said you had been there 2.5 hours… I pointed out my reservation was an hour ago they apologized but we had already paid and were done. I’ve been a member here for years and the service the last three times has made it I won’t go back

Treveri has just become our always stop place for lunch and flight on the way to anywhere in the Yakima area. Luz was a wonderful hostess and very knowledgeable and friendly. We didn't expect to buy, but took home a case. And had a great lunch at the same time.

We had a great time! The set up bubbles was cute, functional and attractively decorated. Our winery attendant was friendly, attentive and fun. Only complaint is the flatbread we recieved was not topped with the ingredients listed on the menu. The cheese was supposed to be havarti and blue, there was no blue cheese and the cheese seemed to be cheddar. It was still a decent flatbread, just not what we thought we ordered. Great pricing on the flights! We will be back and have reccomended to friends and family.
